Project Overview

This empty nester couple purchased this home for the location and views. The goal was to transform this outdated home into a modern open space they love. Over 1000 sq ft was added onto the main floor for entertaining their kids and grandkids. Along with major layout changes to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and primary suite, a large staircase and raised entry way were removed to achieve the seamless look they were going for. Steel beams were added throughout the home to support the open floor plan, and we had complex challenges to overcome, but the result is flawless.
