Project Overview

These homeowners desired a wine enclosure that would add drama to an underused living room. A stone enclosure with space for over 150 bottles of wine cooled to the correct temperature was designed. With the use of thin quartz, the soffit, walls and base were wrapped in a striking patterned stone. Adding up-lights integrated into the slab allows for varied lighting throughout the day and evening. Water jetted vent slots were also added to the stone for proper ventilation.
