Project Overview

Keeping to this historic neighborhood's strict architectural review processes, a screened porch was converted into a working office and cozy fireplace nook in an adjacent room. The homeowner has a fondness for antiques and rustic finishes, this new space includes reclaimed lumber, distressed paint finishes and brick to make it look original to this old home.
