Project Overview

The clients felt that their living and dining room was cramped and had an insufficient amount of natural light. They were also unhappy with the small entryway to the backyard. They desired an open-concept floorplan and an unobstructed view of their beautiful backyard. This was achieved by bumping out the living space into the patio. The additional 63 square feet transformed the living and dining area into a beautiful and spacious open concept room. The project included the installation of a wall-to-wall door system that provides unobstructed views of the backyard.
