Project Overview

The beach home was full of wonderful features, from exposed wood beams to joist ceilings and brick fireplaces, but the homeowners knew a full remodel would enhance its potential even further. By stripping the home down and building new interior walls, a new layout was established that incorporated structural improvements. New bathrooms and a kitchen were built to complete the functional modernization.
