2024 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Kitchen $150,000 to $200,000
This outdated kitchen was transformed into a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. The new layout utilizes the previously unused area by the stairs. The old tiered island was redesigned to eliminate the gas cooktop and now provides seating for up to six people as well as additional hidden storage. Aesthetically, the kitchen incorporates two different types of quartz countertops along with a mix of shiplap and quartz for the backsplash and custom built hood. The wood floors were refinished and stained throughout in a darker shade, adding warmth and depth to the space.
