To open this cramped kitchen, the adjoining kitchen walls and peninsula were removed. The appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures were all relocated to best account for the flow of traffic. The cabinetry was finished with a brushed glaze and was accompanied by granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bronze finishes and wood-like tile flooring for a modern feel that matches the rest of the home.
