Originally constructed in 1990, this home needed a comprehensive top-to-bottom renovation. The primary suite presented challenges with its cramped bathroom. The kitchen was dated and non-functional, and a lackluster design palette throughout begged renovation. Every facet, from the doors to the moldings, bore the mark of 30-year-old builder-grade materials. Completed in January 2023, the mission was clear: to metamorphose this space into a spa-like sanctuary that embraces the tranquil lake views, delivering the perfect fusion of relaxation and entertainment for our client. A meticulous reimagining of the condo's layout prioritized functionality along with creative design and craftsmanship.
