This is the unique story of a remodel, followed by a devastating whole-house fire, followed by a restoration to its former self. These clients purchased a home that they previously remodeled for mobility disability access, since the wife herself is wheelchair bound. After just 13 months in the home, their house was gutted by a fire that started in the clothes dryer. Their love for the home motivated them to have it remodeled back to almost exactly as it was, with some desired additions for enhanced accessibility. Having the original plans allowed for completion of the project within the clients’ short timeline.
