Because the original laundry room was situated too far away from the bedrooms in this house, the owners wanted to create a large, convenient, second floor laundry. A former closet on the second floor became the new, light, and bright laundry room. The finishes complement the modern aesthetic of the home. The laundry room is a beautiful space, but also functional with lots of counter space and storage. New skylights flood natural light into the room as well as enhance the exterior appearance of the home.
