These clients needed a renovation/addition with two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and adult space. One of the bedrooms was for a new addition to the family and the other for guests. Keeping up with the design of the period was paramount for this 1898 home. A large addition was added that looked like it was always there. In the end, the project turned out spectacularly, and the design of space and quality of materials brought this 19th-centeruy home into the present, along with paying homage to the past.
