The homeowner purchased this 1970 rambler and wanted to uplift the exterior of this property and bring its maximum potential. The design incorporated an arts and crafts style. A new 6'x30' stone front porch with stone and tapered columns, excavation of the front to allow a new flagstone walkway, and a wide staircase entering the home were added. The front elevation was revamped with new siding and water table stone, and a new bay window was added floor to ceiling.
