The project scope was to design and build a new front porch to add function and curb appeal to the clients’ suburban home. Limited access to the project’s location required tools, equipment and supplies to be hand carried or carted via wagon. A large boom was needed to pump the concrete up to the new foundation. The front entrance was transformed by widening the opening and installing new double French style doors. The covered end offers protection from weather for dining while the open end with a pergola features a portable propane firepit. Rotted elements from the rear door overhang were also replaced.
