The client wanted to lighten up the exterior of their home to match the already updated interior. They desired a fresh and modern aesthetic and decided on a smooth white stucco exterior and black trim. They also wanted a more spacious and functional front patio. A large planter box and new landscaping was added in the front yard and backyard. Their back patio was updated with a black granite hearth and surround to match the rest of the house. The final touch was adding a putting green, making the backyard a haven for the entire family.
