2018 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Exterior Over $200,000
This project was the elevation of a stone front cottage located in a flood zone. Challenges included maneuvering machinery and material through the narrow, one-way street to get to the job site, and removing a fireplace with a weight bearing wall. The chairlift also had to be relocated to the back of the home for discretion. A new foundation was poured and the house was lowered onto it. A portico was constructed over the front door, and composite decks were built on both the front and back of the home. A new lift, garage door, windows and concrete driveway were added as well.
