These homeowners desired an expanded family & dining room with a linear gas fireplace with stacked stone surround, built-in window seats with storage, and more windows to take in the gorgeous views of the front and backyard landscaping. Two porch additions (front and rear entries) were also part of this project, along with other front exterior upgrades to enhance the home's curb appeal and tie in the new family room addition to the rest of the front exterior of the home.
