2024 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Addition Over $500,000
This home was filled with multi-purpose spaces that were not cohesive or functional for this young family. It became clear they needed more space and rooms with designated functions. A two-story addition created a new primary suite and back porch, plus opportunities to better define the existing spaces. The mudroom moved out of their dining room, allowing for a swanky home bar. The first floor's full bathroom was downsized to a powder room, providing space for a walk-in pantry. Upstairs, a relocated laundry room, reimagined kids’ bathroom, and gorgeous primary suite made the entire home finally feel right-sized for them.
