Through a collaborative design-build process, this 1950s house was transformed into the Mid-Century Modern oasis the clients had always wanted. The existing common areas were reconfigured to flow seamlessly into a two-story rear addition on the right of the house. Boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, an expansive new kitchen, butler�s pantry, and custom fireplace, the first floor is a perfect space for family hangouts and entertaining. A custom floating staircase with a walnut slat wall leads to the second floor, which features a primary suite with a walk-in closet and private loft office, and an additional en-suite bedroom.
