These homeowners' goal was to transform a dated 1957 ranch into a modern farmhouse-inspired haven. Their vision encompassed not only a stylistic shift but also an expansion of the original 1,900 sq ft home. The project involved the addition of over 1,000 sq ft of living space, coupled with the decision to fill in the backyard pool. The exterior, adorned with board and batten in a crisp white finish, perfectly captures the modern farmhouse aesthetic the clients desired. Internally, the incorporation of reclaimed beams and a wood fireplace mantle imparts a warm and inviting ambiance characteristic of farmhouse living.
