Tenants had left the backyard in disarray, prompting the homeowner to seek a sophisticated and functional transformation. The aging deck, coupled with eroding foundations, posed safety hazards. A refined design featuring a synthetic lawn, Belgard Catalina Grana paver patio with a hog wire guard rail, contemporary horizontal fencing, new planting, and lighting provided a real transformation. Essential to the project's success, a newly installed retaining wall beneath the deck combats erosion while enhancing structural stability. This thoughtful and modern makeover not only addresses safety concerns but also creates an inviting, functional outdoor space that harmonizes aesthetics with durability, embodying timeless refinement.
