2023 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Landscape Design/Outdoor Living $100,000 to $250,000
This outdoor living space needed to be renovated to transform into a comfortable, sheltered space to entertain, relax, and enjoy their backyard. A cedar-planked privacy wall was added by extending a vaulted roof over the patio area. The uncovered area of the patio includes space for a hot tub, fire pit, and built-in bench. The existing deck was reconfigured and updated with contemporary metal railings, making the entire space a modern addition to be enjoyed throughout all four seasons.
