This 1960s style, beach bungalow was situated on what could be two individual lots. The clients wanted to preserve some interior aspects of the original bungalow, partition the lot, move the existing bungalow to the newly approved lot and develop each lot for what would be a family compound just a little over a mile from the beach. This whole house remodel required demolition of the existing garage and containment of asbestos siding prior to engaging the house move. Moreover, the existing home to be remodeled required a 180 degree turn to fit on the newly approved in town lot.
