The current residence was not nearly big enough to accommodate all members of this family. The homeowners wanted a large-scale addition to the back of this rambler, creating dual living quarters for both families. They wanted to be close, but not too close for comfort. A new two-story addition of nearly 4000 square feet was added to the back and side of the house. The end result on the main level is a living quarter for Mom with its own side entrance and stairs, a living room, a gourmet kitchen looking at the new decking and beautiful secluded wooded yard, her own Master suite with walk-in closet, built-ins, and master bathroom.
