What started as a family room addition project was expanded to include a new primary bath, covered front porch, all new flooring and a kitchen update. Years of mistreatment by previous owners and shoddy workmanship by other contractors had taken a toll. Many mechanical and structural systems were completely rebuilt to correct past sins. This beautiful historic house was lovingly remodeled to create a truly spectacular family home.
