These snowbirds purchased this dated townhome with the intention of remodeling it and making it their own. The location was perfect for them because it was close to their children and grandchildren. They could also see the potential beyond all of the dark and outdated finishes. They envisioned a clean, sophisticated, contemporary and inviting entertainment space. Removing the wall between the kitchen and living room opened up the area.
