This project added a shed dormer to this 1911 Craftsman home. The existing architecture was matched while expanding its function, adding plentiful storage, accessible features and modern amenities. Existing trim and siding was preserved to reincorporate it into the build. The new dormer contains a light, clean, airy master bathroom designed for comfort, ease of use, safety, storage and flow. A large vanity with matching medicine cabinet and ample linen closet offer both storage and room to spread out. The custom shower offers accessibility while elaborating on a Pacific Northwest spa.
