This renovation project is a small 1800s Trinity-style house, with four floors and roughly 900 total square feet. The custom renovation created a pied-a-terre in the heart of the city. This jewel box of a home now showcases a rich textural experience on each floor, and features natural materials, custom built-ins, and handmade objects collected by the client from around the world. The project includes organic, hand-crafted materials, both antique and new. Animal motifs, Moroccan screens, patterns, light, and space provide a few surprises in this unique urban retreat.
