2016 Region 2 Southeast CotY Award Winner, Entire House Over $1,000,000
As part of this project, we combined two homes, originally built adjacent to one another, into one large footprint. The result is a large, welcoming farmhouse with plenty of new found space for a family of eight. We removed exterior facades and added new rock, brick and Hardie-plank siding to unify the two structures into one home. The new plans included several additions and extensive re-work of the interior. No space was left untouched. The family lived in one half of the house while we worked in the other, then we traded spaces to finish the home.
