2025 Regional RotY Award Winner, Residential Kitchen $50,000 to $100,000
The clients wanted to transform their ageing, closed-off kitchen into a more open and modern space that matched their lively, hospitable lifestyle. The goal was to improve flow by opening one side of the kitchen to the living area and the other to an outdoor patio. The team began by reconfiguring the layout, demoing the old kitchen, and reframing the space. The project included custom shaker-style cabinetry, Calacatta marble countertops, a plaster range hood, and herringbone white oak flooring. New panel-ready appliances, trimless door and window frames, and custom storage solutions were installed to enhance both functionality and style.
