Nestled in the historic home of a famous Minneapolis architect, this cramped 1930s kitchen needed a new vision. The clients dreamed of a space that opened to adjacent rooms, accommodated two cooks, and provided ample storage. The challenge? The home's unique clay block and concrete construction. Undeterred, Vujovich Design Build crafted a thoughtful plan that transformed the kitchen while preserving its French Chateau charm. Walls were removed, new windows and doors were added, and creative solutions like a hidden pantry and secret door to the primary suite maximized functionality, resulting in a beautifully reimagined space that blends form and function.
