Intentionality was the guiding light for this remodel. The core needs were to expand the kitchen and bedroom above, with a wish list largely incorporated. Kitchen functionality was paramount, with every inch of cabinetry and traffic space planned. The adjoining mudroom improved traffic flow and contained clutter. Above the newly added space, the daughter's bedroom was expanded, and a modest home office was created at the stair landing. Detailed planning gave this family almost everything they wanted from their wish list.
