2025 Regional RotY Award Winner, Residential Addition $250,000 to $500,000
A lovely home in a desirable neighborhood only needed one thing: an addition to expand the kitchen and create an 'outdoor living room' with a covered patio. Despite setback restrictions, the final design included a room addition large enough for a kitchen and mudroom entry next to the new covered patio. Mechanical systems were run underground to facilitate a future landscaping project that would complete the homeowner's vision. In the space previously occupied by the kitchen, a new casual dining area with a banquette and custom bourbon bar was built. All wishes were granted for these happy homeowners!
