Purchased for location and potential, the homeowners knew it would take a lot to get the space they needed to make this home work for their growing family of four. But with the right addition, everything could be solved. Very little of the existing home would be modified-it was already lovely. There just wasn't enough space. So, the focus became how to add enough without compromising the small home charm already in abundance. Thankfully, the home had been kept up well, and little had to be removed before the addition was constructed.
