From 1918 to 1990, this warehouse functioned as a Rose Packing "shed" for over six acres of greenhouses. Eventually, a landscape design company purchased the building, using it as an equipment warehouse. After two decades, the need for a larger office space led to its conversion. A seven-month renovation resulted in an open-concept office space, blending modern design with industrial charm. Key original features, including exposed wooden trusses, brick walls, stained glass, and corrugated metal panels, were preserved. High ceilings and an open floor plan maximize natural light, creating an airy, collaborative environment.
