2020 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Kitchen $60,001 to $100,000
These first time homeowners had a vision of simple, clean lines for a kitchen remodel in this 1920s Bungalow. By removing a couple of walls, widening one doorway and utilizing finishes to match the era, the existing 1970s remodel is now nothing more than a memory. The new black and white color scheme features flush inset white cabinetry with gold pulls and latches, Soapstone counters and a matching backsplash. The original masonary above the stove was left exposed and restored to its original state, adding texture and bringing back the feel of its original turn-of-the-century construction. Hardwood floors and open wood shelving complete the space.
