This 1980s golf community condo had never been updated. The client wanted his art collection to feel at home in the new space. A full interior remodel was needed, including a contemporary kitchen, light colored finishes, and interesting textures. With a large, vaulted ceiling in the main living area, plenty of natural light was a must have. Careful use of grey and tan tones, clean lines, and accent lighting created an understated elegance, allowing the client’s art collection to stand out.
