When a water heater tank broke and completely flooded the home while the owners were away, they chose to not just replace, but to overhaul and to update their 1990s home. On the main floor, new kitchen and living areas were created, and the staircase was transformed. The entire house was repainted and the secondary baths updated as well. A back staircase was removed and a custom cat playroom underneath the main staircase of the home was created as well.
