The DeGolyer Vintage Condo is situated inside an architectural gem on Chicago’s North Side. This renovation focused on small changes that would maximize function and bring back the era of Old Hollywood Glamour. Enhancements include redesigning the living room with warm tones to make Lake Michigan the focal point; repairing and restoring the original millwork in the dining room and the hardwood floors throughout; and updating the kitchen and bath. Careful planning, choices, and compromises resulted in a home that honored the original architecture and brought Old Hollywood Glamour into the everyday environment.
