2018 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Historical Renovation/ Restoration Under $250,000
his project was the continuation of a remodel that started 12 years ago, when the client remodeled the kitchen in their 1910 Greek Revival home. The plans included a master bath project, which involved the restoration of a space that had been given a modern look in the late 1980s. The new master bath respects the historical significance of the home. One challenge with the project involved removing small coin tiles that were placed on the floors, walls, rounded ceiling of the shower, and the façade of the fireplace in the master bedroom. The new space includes period specific cabinets and fixtures, along with marble and stone tiles.
