2023 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Detached Structure
Due to the close proximity of their garage, the additions this family desperately needed seemed out of reach. By removing the cinderblock garage, extending the driveway, and building a new garage with more space, their property had more room for future additions. To creative cohesiveness between the home and the new garage, decorative soffit brackets, siding, and roof materials were designed to match the home and ehance their other traditional designs.
