This project was a complete remodel of the exterior due to improper construction. The client wanted to repair and beautify his home’s exterior so that it performs the way it was meant to. All moisture damaged sheathing, framing and insulation was repaired or replaced. The existing stucco was replaced with James Hardie siding and trim. Natural thin‐stone veneer was installed with a 10 mm rainscreen. The front entrance stoop, walkway and rear patio were removed and replaced with flagstone.
