This project was a complete remodel of the exterior due to improper construction. The client wanted to repair and beautify his home’s exterior so that it performs the way it was meant to. All moisture damaged sheathing, framing and insulation was repaired or replaced. The existing stucco was replaced with James Hardie siding and trim. The existing manufactured stone veneer was replaced with natural thin‐stone veneer. New windows include an upgraded window trim design. Even the existing garage jambs were swapped out with a custom trim package. The front entrance stoop and flagstone and the rear patio were removed and reinstalled with a waterproofing connection to the wall system.
