2019 National CotY Award Winner, Residential Exterior Under $100,000
This residential exterior project completely transformed the outside of the clients’ home. The original structure had a small brick entry with a few steps leading to the front door. A wrap-around front porch was designed and built with outdoor seating areas, a swing, lighting, audio and new landscaping. The new façade replaced roofing with siding, and a single entry became a double French front door. Additionally, fresh paint colors, new windows cased with shutters, a new standing seam covered roof with bead board ceiling, tongue and groove porch flooring, columns and brick steps helped create a welcoming entry experience.
