This exterior renovation proves that remodeling outcomes can be greater than the sum of their parts. The original space had a small screen porch and even smaller deck. The deck was enlarged and raised, while the porch was fitted with a disappearing Phantom screen wall so the two spaces can function as one. The porch features a copper shroud fireplace, EZ-Screen windows and continuous porcelain tile flooring. The creation of a raised synthetic turf terrace shortened the stairs and met city code.
