2018 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Exterior Under $100,000
The homeowners desired a covered structure that would allow them to better enjoy their beautiful backyard. Working with an existing raised patio from a previous remodel, the new structure covers most of the patio, allowing for a comfortable furniture layout while providing an open view of the backyard. The design also complements the existing gables and materials of the home.
