Kansas City, Missouri
2018 Regional CotY Award Winner, Residential Exterior Over $200,000
The owners of this expansive Tudor felt that the exterior of the home did not appropriately match the stateliness of the lot and interior, falling short of notable architectural details befitting such an estate. The exterior now features an arch-topped stone entryway flanked by gas-lit lanterns, which rests below a suspended stone-clad window. The custom-built Mahogany entry door has lead-glass sidelites. The enhanced roof-line now sports copper gutters and copper standing-seam barrel roofs above enlarged curved-top window dormers. Custom-cut Indiana limestone elements were added throughout the exterior as well.
