The homeowner of this 1906 Queen Anne home wanted to completely restore the home’s original exterior with maintenance free products. The home’s exterior wood siding, trim and original slate were beginning to rot, crumble or rust. The renovation process involved replacing most of the windows, siding, soffits, fascia, the gutter system and roof. We also repaired the brick chimney and replaced the porch ceilings and exterior lighting. After twelve weeks of meticulous work and attention to detail, the house was restored to its former glory using modern materials that should last well into the future.
