This bath’s original design caused a lot of congestion and the awkward layout of the room made it feel dark and closed off. Without changing the location of the windows or plumbing, the design options were slightly limited. But the removal of an oversized jacuzzi tub opened the area and a new two-sided, floating vanity island gave extra room for the homeowners to use at the same time. The overall outcome was a bright, open primary bathroom with a natural feel and efficient use of space.
