The clients requested a bathroom to meet their immediate and future needs. They desired accessible features and a stylish, upscale design. The new bathroom kept the basic footprint but replaced all elements. It includes an undermount soaking tub with hand-held spray, zero-entry shower with multiple grab bars, corner seat and recessed niches, offset counter height vanity cabinets with undermount sinks and quartz counters, and a Kohler Highline comfort height toilet with a grab bar installed at the side. Ceramic floor tile laid in a diagonal pattern, and a brick pattern tile with mosaic tile accents used as wainscoting adds continuity to the design.
