2016 CotY Award Winner, Residential Bath $75,001 to $100,000

The master bathroom was dark, cramped and unattractive—a throwback to the 1930s. The homeowners desired a serene, modern retreat, bringing in natural light and materials while keeping clean contemporary lines. Functionality and ease of cleaning were also important. While using natural wood and real stone is possible in a bathroom, porcelain tile was chosen for its durability, cost effectiveness, ease of cleaning and the real-look replication of natural materials. The result is a generous, clean-fresh space both modern and sleek that enables the clients to experience a spa-like retreat in the privacy of their own home.
